We are Blockchain HELIX, a German Blockchain technology startup. Innovation, creativity and sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We offer a Digital Identity solution for individuals and corporates, called helix id. 

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager, with responsibility for expanding our presence in the Frankfurt region.Successful hires kicks off with an intense Blockchain HELIX training focused on learning to find and onboard corporate partners for on boarding on the Blockchain HELIX Marketplace. The training will help you to better understand our value proposition to clients and product offerings. Upon completion, you will begin your career at Blockchain HELIX and have an opportunity to grow all the way with us into an international scale, leading your own team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and onboard Trusted Partners from various industries such as mobility, finance, telecommunication and others.
  • Manage relationships with innovation managers and C-level executives for the Blockchain relations.
  • Represent Blockchain HELIX at local high-profile blockchain-related events.
  • Meet prospective clients at international Blockchain summits and conferences
  • Organize and host Blockchain HELIX meetups with prospective clients
  • Coordinate promotions driving user acceptance and foster user traffic
  • Gather and communicate client feedback and market intelligence to help us to design new products and build partnerships 

Strong candidates are expected to have

  • Solid understanding of the blockchain domain is a must: what value do Digital Identity bring to merchants, how does the Digital Identity business model work, what is KYC, what makes a customer on boarding efficient to industry, what are the latest key industry trends, etc?
  • Extensive network of high-quality contacts in the blockchain industry is a big advantage
  • Experience in B2B sales, startups and/or various industries is a big advantage
  • Long-term belief in the future of Blockchain technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Relentless drive to close deals
